Who we are
This website is operated by Vitor Harter Guido LTDA (trade name i9 Sistemas e Sites), CNPJ 15.394.352/0001-46, Pelotas/RS, Brazil. Contact: contato@i9naweb.com.br.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, company (optional), the type of project and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to share there. For security, we also record the IP address and time of each message.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare proposals and, if we work together, manage the project. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering requests (LGPD, art. 7, I, V and IX; GDPR, art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)).
Where it is stored
Messages are delivered to our email, provided by Google Workspace, and a backup copy is kept on our hosting provider (Locaweb, Brazil). These providers may process data on servers outside Brazil under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract or the law requires longer.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser your language choice, if you make one, and, for the current visit, whether you closed the language notice.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to contato@i9naweb.com.br. You can also contact the ANPD (Brazil) or your local data protection authority.
